What OPS is

OPS is an internal-facing API product — it gives your operations staff AI assistants that already know their role, their scripts, and their job. Each API key is locked to specific roles: Collections Agents only get collections prompts, QA Analysts only get QA prompts, and operations keys cannot run candidate screening queries.

OPS is not customer-facing, not a hiring tool, and not a chatbot for your website. It is a backend API that your team calls — from a CRM, a support dashboard, an internal tool, or a script — to get an AI response formatted for their specific role.

How OPS Works

Three steps. No setup beyond getting your API key.

1
Pick a Role
Your API key is pre-configured for the roles in your plan. Pass the role name in your API call — collections_agent, qa_analyst, and so on.
2
Send the API Call
POST /api/maya-agent with your key, role, and the task or query. One call. Runs from your CRM, dashboard, script, or internal tool — wherever your team already works.
3
Get a Ready-to-Use Response
The response comes back already formatted for the role — collections language for a collections agent, QA scoring notes for a QA analyst. Paste, adapt, or display directly to your team member.

Common questions about OPS

What is OPS?
OPS is a role-based AI assistant API. You send a task, specify a role, and get back a response written for that role — collections language, QA scoring notes, customer service scripts, and so on. It runs on the same engine as MAYA but packaged for internal team use, not customer-facing deployment.
Who is OPS for?
Operations managers and team leaders at BPO companies, logistics firms, real estate agencies, retail chains, and HR onboarding teams. If your staff handles repetitive written or verbal tasks — responses, reports, scripts, coordination — OPS can help them produce faster, more consistent output.
How does role restriction work?
Your API key is provisioned for a specific set of roles. If a caller passes a role that is not on your key's allowed list, the API returns an error. This prevents your collections team from accidentally running HR queries and keeps each team in its lane. Role restrictions are set at key creation and can be updated by contacting support.
Can I use OPS to handle my customers directly?
No. OPS is designed for your internal team — it gives your agents AI-assisted language, scripts, and responses that they then use with customers. If you need a customer-facing AI agent for WhatsApp, Viber, LINE, voice calls, or your website, that is MAYA. If you need an embeddable candidate screening widget, that is CONNECT.
What is the difference between OPS and MAYA?
MAYA is customer-facing — it answers your customers' calls, handles their WhatsApp messages, and screens candidates on your behalf. OPS is team-facing — it gives your staff AI assistance inside your own tools and workflows. Different product, different endpoint, different API key type, different pricing.
How do I start?
Go to the pricing page, choose your vertical, and sign up for the free tier — 50 credits, no card required. Your API key is generated immediately. Test calls from Postman or any HTTP client. Integration into your CRM or internal tool is a single POST request.

OPS is a role-based AI assistant platform that gives teams across any industry a purpose-built AI assistant for each job function — not a generic chatbot, but a system that understands the duty, the language, the constraints, and the output format of each specific role. For call center bpo operations, OPS ships with 13 pre-configured roles covering the full range of call center non voice and voice duties: collections, customer service, QA analysis, outbound sales, tech support, appointment setting, chat support, email support, back office, social media, healthcare BPO, HR shared services, and team lead. For logistics companies, OPS covers dispatch coordination and freight documentation. For real estate agencies, it covers listing management, client intake, and compliance documentation. For retail chains, it covers inventory queries, supplier communication, and shift briefings. For onboarding teams, it covers new-hire induction, policy explanation, and day-one checklists. Every role uses its own system prompt with tool permissions scoped to what that role legitimately needs — no call center agent role leaks information appropriate only to a team lead. Access keys are issued per role, per team, and per subscription tier, so usage is controlled and auditable across the whole organisation. Organisations running call center bpo hiring and daily operations across the Philippines — Makati, Cebu, Davao, Clark, Iloilo, Alabang, and Baguio — and BPO businesses in India — Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune — use OPS to keep call center tools consistent across shifts without requiring supervisors to repeat the same procedural guidance every day.
