What is a credit?
One credit = one API call to the OPS endpoint. Free keys start with 50 credits valid for 90 days. Monthly plans include a fixed number of calls per month and reset automatically.
Which AI model runs on each plan?
Basic uses Haiku 4.5. Standard uses Sonnet 4.6. Advanced uses Opus 4.8. The model is set automatically based on your plan.
Can I use BPO or other roles with this key?
No. Your OPS for Onboarding key is locked to the three onboarding coordinator roles. Other verticals — BPO operations, logistics, real estate, retail — are separate OPS products with their own keys.
What does "interview question generation" mean on the plan features?
OPS can generate onboarding interview questions tailored to the role and industry — useful for structured Day 1 or end-of-probation conversations with new hires. Included on all plans.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Calls above your limit are billed at the overage rate (Basic $0.02/call, Standard $0.05/call, Advanced $0.08/call). You can also add a $12 credit top-up pack for 500 extra calls.
