Frequently Asked Questions
What does "rent and we run it" mean?
You pay a flat monthly fee. AI Vision Automations hosts and operates everything — Maya Voice, Maya Chat, AIVA, RAG Search, and n8n workflow automation. You supply your data and business requirements. We handle infrastructure, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Do I need to choose just one pack?
No. All 6 packs are included in every tier. Your monthly fee gives you access to all of them up to your volume limit. You are not locked into a single workflow type.
What counts as a workflow run?
One completed automation interaction — a call handled, a candidate scored, a support query resolved, an appointment booked. Partial or failed interactions do not count toward your monthly limit.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
Your workflows continue without interruption. Voice overages are billed at $0.21/min above your tier's included minutes. For non-voice workflow overages, we will contact you to discuss moving to the next tier.
Is the Social Profile Scan included in the price?
No. Social Profile Scanning is an optional add-on billed at $0.60 per profile, in addition to your flat monthly fee. It applies to Bulk Candidate Scoring (Pack 3) and Appointment Setting (Pack 5) only.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. You can change tiers at the start of any billing month. No minimum contract.
