GETTING STARTED — Test Every Product in Under 10 Minutes
This guide walks you through testing each product hands-on — no account required for most steps, no credit card required for any. Follow the steps in order or jump to the product you want to test first.
Go to aiscreeningtools.com/console/ and click "Try Demo." This logs you in as the JFT Demo employer instantly — no registration required.
Step 1.2
Create an Invite Link
Click the "Invite to Interview" tab. Enter a job role and up to 10 screening questions. Click "Send Invite" — you will receive a link immediately. Copy it.
Step 1.3
Record a Candidate Video
Open the invite link in a new tab (or on a mobile device). The CONNECT widget loads with your questions. Allow camera access. After a 3-second countdown, record up to 3 minutes. Submit your recording. You will receive an email verification link.
Step 1.4
Verify and View in Inbox
Verify your email via the link sent to you. Return to the console Inbox tab. After moderation passes (usually under 60 seconds), the video appears in the employer inbox. Click to play.
What to notice: The employer never left the console. No Zoom. No phone call. No scheduling. The 3-minute video tells you more about communication style than a CV ever could.
Drag and drop a PDF, Word (.docx), or Excel (.xlsx) file into the upload area. Enter a job title — for example "Customer Service Agent" or "Appointment Setter." Click Screen.
Step 2.3
Read the score
A score from 0–100 appears with a colour-coded decision: HIRE (green, 80–100) / INTERVIEW (gold, 60–79) / HOLD (orange, 40–59) / REJECT (red, 0–39). A written rationale explains the decision. Try a second CV to see how the scores differ.
What to notice: The score arrives in under 5 seconds. No manual review. No subjectivity. Every CV gets the same 5-dimension analysis — CV match, English fluency signals, experience fit, compliance indicators, trainability.
Step 3 — Test Maya AI Chat 2 minutes
Step 3.1
Open the Maya chat panel
Click the gold "Help" button in the top navigation bar on any aiscreeningtools.com page. The Maya chat panel slides in from the right.
Step 3.2
Ask a product question in plain English
Try asking: "What is CONNECT?" or "How does AIVA score a CV?" or "How much does Maya voice cost?" or "How do I set up RAG document search?" Maya retrieves answers from our product knowledge base.
Step 3.3
Try the 30-language selector
Use the language dropdown inside the Maya chat panel to switch to Filipino, Thai, Hindi, Indonesian, or any of the 30 supported languages. Ask the same question again. Maya responds in your selected language.
What to notice: Maya is not a scripted FAQ bot. She understands meaning, not just keywords. Ask a follow-up question or rephrase — she maintains context across the conversation.
Step 4 — Test RAG Document Search 1 minute
Step 4.1
Open Maya chat and ask an internal knowledge question
In the Maya chat panel, ask: "What is the voice cost per minute?" or "What does the Maintenance Audit add-on include?" or "How many tools does the MCP server have?" These questions are answered from our internal document index, not Maya's general training.
Step 4.2
Notice source retrieval
Maya cites which document the answer came from. This is RAG in action — Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Your own documents (call scripts, policy PDFs, training manuals) work the same way when you deploy SEARCH on your platform.
What to notice: Maya does not hallucinate answers. If the information is not in the document index, she says so. Every answer cites its source file and section.
