RAG Search Engine — Search Your Own Documents
You supply the data. We build a search engine over it. Maya answers from your actual documents.

RAG stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation. In plain English: instead of Maya inventing an answer from general training, Maya looks up the answer in your actual documents first, then responds based on what it finds. The answer comes from your call scripts, your SOPs, your training manuals — not from the AI's general knowledge.

This requires real web development work. Here is what is involved:

What this costs: Monthly hosting applies — the search infrastructure runs continuously. If RAG Search is bundled with any paid BPO plan (Options A–E), hosting is included in your monthly plan. Standalone RAG deployments (any industry, any corpus) are scoped individually — contact us with your data type and volume.

What we need from you before we can start: the documents themselves — in any format (PDF, Word, Excel, plain text, Google Docs export). A typical BPO RAG deployment starts with 50–500 documents. The more complete your document set, the more questions Maya can answer correctly.

AIVA (CV Screening) does not appear on this page because it requires no web development and no configuration on your part. You go to aiva/ on this site, paste a job description, upload a CV, and get a score. There is nothing to set up. The free trial works immediately with no account.

The "Website" product (a full white-label platform deployment — the same thing as jobfreelancethai.com, deployed on your domain) is a different product entirely and is not covered on this page.
